About Me

I have been learning different art techniques through observation and experience over the last 26 years.  I love any form of expressing my artistic side by using different types of materials, paints, brushes, and using recycled material.

I love to teach what I know.  It is a way to pull out the artist that I know each person carries inside, and that at some point in their life they may be able to use it to generate income.

For 10 years I worked as an art teacher with children between the ages of 6 and 12 years old,  every year we exhibited all of their art work.  My greatest satisfaction was to see them grow with their art.  As time went by they remembered many things they had learned in my classes, and they kept their art work as mementos of their school years.

In my early years as an artist, I worked with clay, playing with volume and depth.  I sculpted medium pieces, and molded porcelain.

As I continued to explore I was able to experiment with different materials that would allow my imagination and creativity to soar. Suddenly during difficult times in my life I stopped painting and creating. But I always knew I would paint and create again!

I feel so re-awakened since I started creating again and I feel as if I have re-emerged like a  Phoenix, now nothing can  stop me.

I thank the angels that God placed in my path that allowed this beautiful dream of mine to come true!!!
